About the job

The GTM team supports Google's India business across three pillars: the LCS strategy and operations pillar supports India Large Customer Sales (LCS) business, helping develop strategy, drive key priorities, enable sales operations and thereby deliver growth. The product strategy and operations pillar works with product and specialist teams to develop and deliver India LCS product strategy. The Country pillar supports pan-India initiatives, including leadership governance forums and program management of initiatives such as velocity.

In this role, you will be a key partner to the India LCS leaders. Your primary mission is to accelerate business growth by enabling flawless sales execution, and proactively identify growth opportunities across sectors and product areas.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for and challenge LCS leaders, celebrating successes, scaling up best practices, and identifying areas for improvement on execution.

  • Identify and eliminate growth blockers (e.g. in policy or process).

  • Lead and oversee LCS operations across policy, privacy, and collaboration with other functions (e.g. g Tech or marketing).

  • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools to transform the Google Sales function.

  • Lead and oversee channel management. Contribute to the development of the India LCS annual plan.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree.

  • Experience in business management and Ad sales.

  • Familiarity with the GTM function, or experience working with sales or specialists teams.

  • Understanding of Google's sales processes and tools.
