Define the technical requirements and business logic for the internal tool ecosystem. You ensure these tools meet the high-velocity needs of the network delivery team.

Work with engineering teams to implement continuous improvement/continuous development-style pipelines for physical infrastructure to design automated solutions.

Translate complex network engineering constraints (e.g., optical link budgets, rack density, port maps) into functional specifications that software engineers can build against.

Build and maintain scripts to automate workflows, specifically focusing on pulling data from network devices and APIs to streamline delivery.

Ensure the stability of delivery tools by applying version control, writing tests, and utilizing continuous improvement/continuous practices.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program management.

Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.).

Experience with GenAI and prompting techniques for automation.
