Our New Business Development team works on game-changing ideas, from technological experiments to the expansion of existing businesses into new territories. We're a team of technologists, entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next, working across Google to develop products and ideas that revolutionize the way people connect with information.
Responsibilities

Manage the whole business cycle as a business professional for the new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship for another 6 months after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance and promotion opportunities.

Prospect and build a pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency, and Marketing teams.

Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.

Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
Experience in full life-cycle business.
-
Ability to communicate in English and Polish, Czech or Romanian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience in building a pipeline through execution.
-
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.

Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.

Ability to navigate ambiguity, and with the ability to grow in a team environment.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a strategy.
-
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch advertising solutions for all clients.
