Technical Program Manager III, Infrastructure, Resource Management, YouTube

Lead complex cross-resource forecasting, including assessing models and defining roadmaps for non-ML resources across near-term (7day) and longer-term (18-month) horizons.

Integrate organic growth of key business drivers, known inorganic demand, and other factors seamlessly and transparently

Act as a subject-matter expert and consultant on technical and financial tradeoffs in data center resource management.

Align stakeholders inside and outside YouTube on forecast methodologies and results.

Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams in and outside of YouTube to design and build tooling to scale planning processes and ideate/drive efficiency opportunities to achieve sublinear resource growth.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program management.

Experience in infrastructure resources (e.g., compute/storage/accelerators) management from demand forecasting to distribution of those resources to manage product growth in data center environments.

Experience in SQL and data modeling to build demand-forecasting tools and analyze infrastructure utilization.
