Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a strategy and operations function, chief of staff team, or a similar role, driving strategic and operational initiatives for executive leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously within a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be proactive and work effectively under pressure while maintaining a composed demeanor.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, with proven ability to create high-impact presentations for executives.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Platforms and Devices Partnerships team works globally with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), telcos, developers, and more to enable the Android and Chrome ecosystems and the distribution of Google's apps and services. The Platforms and Devices Partnerships Strategy and Operations team helps create and drive a cohesive partner strategy to advance critical cross-Google efforts. We deeply understand the partner ecosystem and markets in which these products operate, and apply structured analytics and reasoning to develop and execute strategy.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational aptitude for the platforms and devices partnerships organization through management of the global business operations including managing the end-to-end executive partner engagement strategy, creating streamlined processes for meeting requests, briefing materials, and follow-ups to ensure effective use of leadership time.
  • Manage and maintain the ongoing rhythm of the business deliverables.
  • Create programs and processes to solve business operations issues, and influence cross-functional teams and leadership to bring them to life.
  • Co-develop and successfully land cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising across business development, legal, finance, and more.
  • Communicate actionable insights to executive leadership by preparing and delivering executive-ready materials.
