Senior Interaction Designer, AI Personalized Experiences

Create design deliverables and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide thoughtful solutions to move to production.

Incorporate AI concepts and business requirements into ongoing product experiences and pitch ideas to stakeholders for buy-in.

Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements and develop AI future-facing experiences that meet user needs.

Create pitch-level fidelity mocks to help sell in the team’s idea and communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high fidelity prototypes.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Experience with foundational AI concepts (e.g., generative AI, LLMs) and leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process.
