Work with executive level stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery for our HR processes in Ireland.

Contribute to the deployment of high priority country focussed HR programmes and initiatives, aligned to the country people plan.

Manage local employment policy and practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Solve compliance matters and review local policies in the context of the market.

Work with the HR Compliance, Process Ownership, and User Support teams on prioritizing and mitigating market related risks.

Support local labor relations management, including engaging with councils/work councils where applicable. Drive recommendations and prioritization to ensure work is in service of the end-of-end delivery of our Googler Experience in the country.

Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
