The Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services team guides customers through the moments that matter most in their cloud journey to help businesses thrive. As an Innovation Strategy Manager, you will work directly with Google’s business customers, engaging with executive leaders, stakeholders, and practitioners to accelerate organizations business transformation with Google Cloud. You will manage, scale, and mentor a team of transformation consultants, guiding their immediate and long-term direction and results.

Responsibilities
-
Manage the JAPAC team of Delta Innovation and Transformation consultants, architects, and developers within JAPAC Google Cloud Consulting (GCC).

Provide input into the development of, and lead execution of, a growth plan for the practice, leading the creation, marketing, and delivery of compelling services offerings and go-to-market initiatives while being accountable for overall services pipeline growth and business development.

Lead Professional Services Organization (PSO) Delta practice project delivery for customer engagements. Maintain accountability to customers to ensure programs and projects realize outcomes. Lead delivery of engagements and guide creation of deliverables resulting in outcomes that exceed customer expectations.

Manage and lead relationships with customer executives and stakeholders for the delivery of professional services engagements.

Lead development of industry thought leadership published by the PSO Delta team.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
15 years of experience managing and growing consulting practices, and executive-level customer relationships.
-
10 years of experience in areas including business transformation, cloud strategy and operations, cloud finops, and innovation.

Experience in business development, project scoping, budgeting, and leading enterprise professional services programs.
Preferred qualifications
-
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in cloud technology and the broader enterprise cloud marketplace.
-
Experience in leading organizations through structural enterprise wide transformations.
-
Experience in cloud transformation and helping customers accelerate business value through cloud transformation programs.
-
Experience speaking at conferences or publishing content on: cloud transformation and strategy, cloud operating model, culture, data-led change, cloud finops, or innovation.

Excellent written, verbal communication, and management skills.
