Engage and synchronize with product stakeholders to integrate PLM milestones (e.g., Bill of Materials, SKUs, ECOs) into the core development schedule.

Drive PLM standardization across global operations, replacing fragmented workflows with unified, scalable policies.

Maintain a single source of truth by ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness of product BOMs at every lifecycle gate.

Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks by advocating continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cycle times for engineering changes and improve overall data velocity.

Modernize legacy workflows by automating manual data entry and optimizing system configurations, significantly increasing the team's capacity for complex product launches.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) within consumer hardware or manufacturing.

Experience in managing Engineering Bill of Materials (BOMs), Product Change Management and Product Data Management (PDM) or Master Data Management (MDM).
