You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry-leading products.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain features for YouTube Music Integrations Integrations on first-party/second-party devices.

• Stay up-to-date with first-party/second-party device ecosystem and common capabilities.

• Work with product management and engineering teams to develop and launch new features and applications.

• Produce deliverables such as mocks, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, contribute to design systems, and carefully crafted visual specifications.

• Manage design work effectively across multiple projects and communicate priorities to your team.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Preferred qualifications

• Experience designing for hardware devices - auto (Car Play, Android Auto) and wearables.

• Familiarity with device platforms, guidelines, software development kits etc.

• Excellent prototyping skills, especially with vibe coding and GenAI tools.
