As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain features for YouTube Music Integrations Integrations on first-party/second-party devices.

Stay up-to-date with first-party/second-party device ecosystem and common capabilities.

Work with product management and engineering teams to develop and launch new features and applications.

Produce deliverables such as mocks, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, contribute to design systems, and carefully crafted visual specifications.

Manage design work effectively across multiple projects and communicate priorities to your team.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
-
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience designing for hardware devices - auto (Car Play, Android Auto) and wearables.

Familiarity with device platforms, guidelines, software development kits etc.

Excellent prototyping skills, especially with vibe coding and GenAI tools.
