Manage a team of Developer Relations Engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development. Foster a collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Partner with other leads to develop targeted, fast moving, enablement strategies, while supporting longer-term efforts in Scaled Knowledge Management.

Act as a key point of contact and influence product roadmaps based on developer feedback and insights. Drive scaled efforts to prioritize and deliver friction logs and feedback from product teams.

Ensure your team effectively represents the needs of Google's internal developers. Oversee the collection, synthesis, and communication of developer feedback to product teams.

Work with engineers across Google, work across the software development life cycle (SDLC) to build, test and deploy applications, and help provide detailed technical feedback and guidance to engineering teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of work experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineering, solutions consultant, etc.) or equivalent technical experience.

5 years of experience with direct people management in a technical team/organization.
