As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Portfolio Schedule Analytics Lead, you will leverage a deep technical understanding of design and constructability, to perform high-level predictive risk modeling and programmatic benchmarking analyses across the entire portfolio (including Greenfields, Retrofits, etc). You will be responsible for ensuring schedule quality and compliance while identifying macro-level trends that drive speed and efficiency. You will be the bridge between site-level execution and executive leadership, and you will communicates vital insights to leadership and internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across the entire build portfolio.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive programmatic analytics across the full construction portfolio, synthesizing data from multiple projects to identify macro-trends, predictability and program-wide opportunities for improvement.

  • Execute comparative analysis between baseline and current schedules to pinpoint goal duration deviations, critical path deviations, and transparency into variances over time.

  • Standardize Program Delay Reporting Trends, providing leadership with a clear narrative on recurring bottlenecks and historical performance data to inform future planning.

  • Facilitate cross-site knowledge transfer, acting as the primary liaison between projects to harmonize schedule strategies and resolve constructability challenges.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.

  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.

  • 8 years of experience in Construction Project Controls, Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), or Construction Program Management for infrastructure or capital programs.

  • 8 years of experience in quantitative construction schedule risk analytics and interpreting probabilistic outputs.

  • 8 years of experience in construction scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) and risk modeling tools.

  • 8 years of experience in Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, variance analysis, and "what-if" scenario modeling.

Preferred qualifications

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience in Construction Supply Chain or Construction Capacity Planning, specifically construction timelines interface with equipment lead times and operational readiness.

  • Experience in high-growth infrastructure sectors such as Data Centers, Semiconductor Fabricators, or Energy.

  • Experience in Data Center Architecture and Data Center Technology.

  • Experience with project health monitoring and reporting.

  • Ability to translate complex schedule data into executive-level briefings that drive decision-making and have executive presence.
