Lead the design of current-state and future-state process maps (value stream maps, swimlanes) to identify bottlenecks in the technical delivery workflow.

Define and maintain the operating procedures, playbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required to ensure consistent, defect-free execution across the network delivery chain.

Define, track, and iterate on critical performance metrics, including lead time, throughput, Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, and rework rates.

Facilitate workshops to collect pain points from cross-functional teams and lead the communication strategy to guide the adoption of new process changes.

Partner with leadership to guide and manage the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) process.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience with risk analysis.

Experience with data center or networking deployments.
