The Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) is a sales team designed to grow small and medium-sized businesses in South East Asia with significant expansion potential. AGT specializes in building full-funnel strategies to increase customers' return on investment, scale customer business base, and ultimately make businesses more profit.

As an Accelerated Growth Consultant, you will be establishing key strategic relationships and consulting to accelerate any type of business, including startups and known brands. You provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis that enables these companies to become market leaders. You strive to persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's highest-potential clients, developing an understanding of how the range of solutions can grow their business.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth targets, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within enSEA cluster (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Pakistan).
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with the account management teams.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls, e-mail, and face-to-face engagements, and design effective marketing strategies, and deliver outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for the customers.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., Search, YouTube, and AI solutions).

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in technology, account management, and achieving business quotas to drive client growth.

  • Ability to assess and solve client needs through effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail and working individually and with others.

  • Ability to leverage data to uncover insights to support proposals and analyze impact.

  • Excellent investigative, presentation and communication skills with peers, management, cross-functional teams and clients.
