Conduct thorough and timely investigations and grievance resolution for violations of Google’s Human Resources (HR) and extended workforce policies, Google’s Code of Conduct, and Google’s Supplier Code of Conduct.

Prepare, track, and maintain appropriate investigation data and documentation.

Develop and maintain relationships with our partners in Employment Legal, Employee Relations, Regulatory Affairs, and Security Investigations and Assessments.

Provide risk insights or trends to Product Areas and Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) to support their risk mitigation efforts.

Anticipate and escalate high-risk issues or supplier non-compliance to Product Areas and central functions like Procurement, Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS), and Employment Legal.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience in employee relations/investigations, gained in either an HRBP role, Employee Relations Advisory role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law.
