Oversee the audio/video engineering and editing workflow, providing detailed creative direction to editors (or executing direct edits) to maintain premium production standards across all drafts.

Own the publishing process across all platforms using SEO-optimized metadata, while driving audience growth through short-form video repackaging and strategic cross-promotional partnerships.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience in podcast production, including managing end-to-end workflows for a recurring series.

Experience producing audio or video content specifically tailored for digital and social media platforms.

Experience managing guest relationships and conducting research for interviews.
