• Drive the detailed planning and execution of complex technical work streams while overseeing the onboarding and utilization of cleared consulting resources to meet project milestones.

• Lead the delivery of sovereign knowledge and capability transfer (including development) while securing formal client sign-off on all key milestones and service expectations.

• Serve as the primary connective tissue between Mandiant and government partners, maintaining strategic stakeholder maps to ensure alignment across multiple departments and external entities.

• Maintain continuous engagement with client leadership to manage expectations and generate comprehensive accomplishment reports for program directors.

• Identify programmatic risks, manage contractual burn rates for multi-year service orders, and enforce strict adherence to all client security and clearance protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience working in technical or cyber security program management.

• Experience in working on government programmes.
