About the program

The Business Internship Program in Argentina is open to undergrad students from all academic disciplines. Many intern roles within this program do not require technical skills and they could include managing advertiser or publisher accounts, developing compelling advertising solutions for brand advertisers, improving access to relevant information for millions of internet users, analyzing large sets of data, or developing scalable support solutions for rapid-growth consumer products. As an intern, you will be working on projects with high impact during an 8 months paid internship. You will be assigned an intern manager who will help to identify project goals, inspire and mentor you, and support your professional development.

You’ll develop the professional and problem solving skills needed to succeed in the technology industry, and you’ll be able to make a lasting impact on your team and on Google. In addition to working with your team to build answers to interesting questions, you’ll also build a broad network and experience what life at Google is all about.

Sales/Partnership: Turn product innovations into vital client solutions. The backbone of Google’s success, the account managers, consultants and analysts in these roles are all dedicated to top-notch client service. Whether negotiating with companies, solving technical challenges for small businesses, or surfacing product ads in just the right place, we develop new business opportunities while increasing the use of our product offerings.

Marketing: Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's challenges from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. We approach marketing in a way that only Google can; changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, ultimately letting the technology speak for itself.

At Google, one Googler can make a huge impact, and it’s no different with our interns--they are key players in our daily innovation. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects core to Google’s business, whether it be Sales, Enterprise, Finance, People Operations (HR), Legal, Trust and Safety, or Marketing. Our intern recruitment team will determine where you fit best based on your CV and the preferences you indicate on the application form.

Minimum qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree program in a university in Argentina, with an anticipated graduation date between May and July 2027.

Preferred qualifications

• Ability to complete an 8-month internship from September 2026 to May 2027, following a hybrid model (3 days per week in-office) at our Buenos Aires location.

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate an ambiguous environment.

• Excellent people management skills and the ability to work effectively with others on a team.

• Excellent problem solving skills, with an interest in solving business challenges.

• Strong interest in sales and the digital economy, including a curiosity for Google’s evolving technology and business solutions.
