Lead the full lifecycle of EHS programs, which may extend beyond your immediate team, driving impactful operational and technical improvements.

Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and identify needs to develop or improve EHS operations tools/processes. Evaluate incident data and track corrective actions.

Evaluate EHS impact during data center design reviews, equipment, and process changes. Perform EHS risk evaluations and define process controls for new processes.

Ensure comprehensive Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) compliance, manage permits/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide site ownership and drive EHS turn-up of new locations with little supervision, demonstrating complete campus EHS ownership.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, managing dependencies. Own site-based EHS decision-making and serve as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple EHS verticals.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in EHS program or project management.

2 years of experience in EHS management systems or experience managing EHS compliance with environmental programs (e.g., emissions, wastewater, etc.).
