Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

Responsibilities

Manage the whole business-cycle as an experienced sales professional for the new business acquisition and managing the relationship after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance and promote opportunities.

Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.

Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.

Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion.

Deliver consistently against strategic goals, while prioritising and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
5 years of experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.

Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience in planning, delivering and executing digital marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.

Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution.

Understanding of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.

Ability to be independent, comfortable with ambiguity, and grow in a team environment.

Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
