Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful collaboration.

Lead the execution of strategies to accelerate the shift from TV to YouTube, leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize client advertising efforts.

Analyze and optimize marketing Return on Investment (ROI) by monitoring and assessing the performance of digital campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Oversee and coordinate with agency partners, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and utilization of resources to drive successful marketing initiatives.

Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in digital marketing, providing insights and recommendations to keep the team and clients at the forefront of the evolving marketing landscape.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
8 years of industry experience in advertising, business consultative, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications

Experience in stakeholder management.

Experience in cross-functional project management.
-
Experience in developing relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

Understanding of cross-functional media businesses and operations.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
