Oversee EHS initiatives and programs across regional operations, managing budgets, resources, and a team of program managers to ensure efficient execution of safety systems.

Identify and evaluate operational EHS risks. Design and lead data-driven programs to mitigate business impact while contributing to global and regional focus area strategies.

Monitor EHS compliance at regional data centers to ensure uninterrupted operations, providing site-level leadership and support for the existing fleet and global initiatives.

Track program performance to implement corrective actions and drive a continuous learning culture that enhances project productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.

Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of safety, ensuring all strategic plans align with the organization’s overarching EHS outlook.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program or project management.

3 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.

Experience implementing and executing environmental, health, and safety management (e.g., ISO 45001 or equivalent) including management of EHS compliance for industrial facilities.

Experience liaising with federal, state, and local authorities regarding EHS issues.
