Navigate organizational and team dynamics by building high-trust relationships with key stakeholders and fostering a culture of radical transparency.

Establish frameworks for tracking program health and managing risks and issues use data to depersonalize conflicts and drive rational, objective decision-making.

Deliver high-signal updates to a broad array of stakeholders (including VP-level executives), translating complex technical risks and engineering milestones into clear, actionable business and risk narratives.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in technical program management, managing cross-functional programs within infrastructure, security, or cloud-native environments.
