Orchestrate the overall program strategy and drive execution across large cross-functional teams.

Set the goal and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.

Manage multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously with engaging priorities. Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes. Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis.

Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in program management.
