Develop short- and long-term capital forecast models supporting material supply and justify funding allocation strategies to optimize costs and service levels. Communicate capital plans to stakeholders and lead the quarterly spend approval process for critical equipment.

Manage end-to-end CAPEX and OPEX plans for product demand, coordinating cross-functionally to align with fluctuating requirements.

Resolve funding gaps, document process requirements, and manage performance metrics for supply chain capital management and governance.

Utilize market intelligence to create governance models and improve inventory models and supply chain buffers.

Lead the transition from manual planning to automated systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Anaplan, SAP), owning the lifecycle from writing BRD to evaluating vendors/systems and partnering with engineering teams to drive implementation.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience creating process improvements, working with spreadsheet/database models and ERP and planning systems such as Kinaxis, SAP, or other similar tools.

Experience in data center spend planning or developing CAPEX and OPEX procurement and governance policies.
