Apply technical understanding to identify and resolve system-level blockers, guiding technical decisions within generative AI architecture, prompt engineering, and data pipelines.

Influence and align cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, UX) and stakeholders on program goals, technical approaches, and priorities, driving consensus and unblocking progress.

Contribute to product and program strategy by identifying opportunities, defining clear project goals, and ensuring alignment with broader gUP objectives.

Design, implement, and drive adoption of scalable frameworks, best practices, and data-driven OKRs to improve program execution, monitor health, and enhance communication with leadership.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program management.

Experience with Large Language Models (LLM), NLP, or Generative AI.

Experience in software program management or engineering management.
