Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Strategic Partnerships Development-related occupation.
- Position requires 1 year of experience in the following:
- End-to-end management of complex strategic partnerships or complex agreement management.
- Structuring and negotiating partnership agreements or deal term negotiation.
- Opportunity and pipeline management.
- Cross-functional project management.
- Stakeholder management with C-level executives or executive relationship management.
About the job
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,400 - $127,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position reports to the Google New York, NY office & may allow for a hybrid schedule per Google policy.
The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with external partners to build, maintain, and evolve the business ecosystem.
- Develop innovative go-to-market plans and cross-product initiatives in collaboration with key strategic partners.
- Lead the full deal lifecycle by ideating, negotiating, and executing complex partnership agreements, renewals, and expansions.
- Collaborate with diverse internal teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, and scale new products and user experiences.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for existing agreements, optimizing value and ensuring effective long-term partner engagement. Track critical business metrics and partner performance, build accurate business forecasts, and manage the partnership’s brand reputation.
