Support the execution of critical real estate leases and agreements (e.g., colocation, power, fiber) by assisting in the negotiation, redlining, and management of contractual and business terms.

Ensure alignment by coordinating closely with internal Legal, Finance, and Technical teams to meet project timelines.

Conduct market research and financial analysis (including NPV, ROI, and TCO modeling) to forecast pricing, analyze the market landscape, and assess new markets.

Prepare investment summaries and draft financial business cases for review by executive leadership.

Maintain tracking systems for the development pipeline and provide regular reports on portfolio performance metrics and market trends.

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.

6 years of experience in commercial or industrial real estate, sourcing, or infrastructure acquisition.

Experience with corporate finance concepts (e.g., NPV, ROI) and performing financial modeling.
