Design effective launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before wide-scale deployment. Orchestrate launch strategy and readiness to ensure g Tech teams are prepared to support launches and migrations.

Bring product insights to g Tech product forums and provide responsive support for g Tech questions and escalations.

Analyze customer and g Tech pain points to advocate for product improvements with internal cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Perform implementation reviews and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical issues.

Manage and coordinate the delivery of identified solutions that span across different products while managing stakeholder expectations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in product or program management.
