Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.
As a People Partner for AI Infrastructure, you'll be a key strategic advisor, working side-by-side with some of the world's exceptional minds. You'll use your expertise to build a culture of innovation, guide organizational design, and lead career growth, directly impacting how we develop AI technologies.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
-
Identify organizational and talent gaps, and people needs to successfully execute business strategy, evaluating the talent landscape to inform resourcing and development plans within a medium to high complexity product area. Support leaders in selection and development of top leadership talent.

Lead efforts to improve organizational health by monitoring trends and metrics related to new, undefined, or multi-dimensional problems, maintaining a pulse on the culture, speaking truth to leadership, and sponsoring a broad workforce.

Build strong relationships with leaders and provide sound HR guidance on future or undefined problems, balancing client, business, and company needs against risks, with a focus on people consequences and reactions.

Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the client organization, advising several VPs across many countries and job families in the development of people plans.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.

Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Preferred qualifications
-
Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.

Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.
