• Act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting leaders on key strategic initiatives and building operational accuracy, helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with leadership’s strategic goals.

• Deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses to drive projects and initiatives forward.

• Manage strategic initiatives across multiple g Tech teams and engage Google-wide stakeholders when needed (e.g., projects that cross-product, Sales, Marketing, and Policy).

• Launch and land organizational change management plans for mid to long-term transformational initiatives.

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
