We are a collaborative, customer-focused team that efficiently captures
value for our customers and for Google Workspace at renewal. We strive to protect the base and contribute to revenue growth at each renewal
through contractual expertise, risk mitigation, a deep understanding of
customer data, and navigating and improving internal processes.
Responsibilities
-
Lead a team of Workspace Renewal Specialists across Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC), managing renewals for select, enterprise, and corporate segments.

Drive the renewals by enhancing discount structures, multi-year agreements, and auto-renewal adoption.

Collaborate with expansion teams and key stakeholders to align business motions, ensuring maximum business growth.

Design and implement regional playbooks, processes, and tools, including the ownership and execution of the Longtail Vendor strategy.

Accelerate the business by enabling external partners on renewal processes, defining roles and responsibilities to drive regional consistency.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
10 years of sales experience in enterprise software and managing renewal business.
-
3 years of experience in people management, managing a sales team.
-
Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with customers in the region.
Preferred qualifications
-
10 years of experience in enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, driving business goals by delivering new business acquisition and renewals.

Experience with vendor and partner management.
-
Experience building customer relationships at an executive level, and working in a cross-functional environment.
-
Ability to grow in a transactional environment with attention to detail.
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
