The Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Mid-Market Sales team is a growth engine for clients in GCS. Through relationship development, we are dedicated to understanding customers’ business goals and providing advertising solutions to drive their growth. As an Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, you will use your influencing skills and knowledge of the digital media landscape to identify growth opportunities, craft engaging narratives, and build strategies tailored to customers’ goals. Working closely with Account Strategists, Product Sales and Activation, and other cross-functional teams, you will act as the strategic hub for GCS resources and expertise by educating customers and inspiring action.
The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop an understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with recommendations to present to customers.
- Build knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
