Review global equipment field reliability performance and its Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) impact, identify and address systemic issues based on lessons learned during Data Center construction, commissioning and operation.

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to establish the roadmap for and subsequent execution of field reliability practices for key Electrical, Controls and Power Distribution systems in our Data Center infrastructure portfolio to enable consistent feedback to design, supply chain, construction and operations, increase fleet predictability/performance and excellent Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Collaborate with Global Commodity Managers to connect field performance measurement back to manufacturers that can relate to their field performance systems.

Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program management.

5 years of experience with data center mechanical or electrical infrastructure systems, in design, operation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.
-
5 years of experience in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Design for Test, Design for Reliability, or Design Verification Test.
