g Tech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer and partner solutions engineers focusing on team culture, talent strategy, and skills development to deliver scaled technical solutions.

• Deliver the strategic ideas for the organization, work with sales teams, product leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with customer needs and coordinated execution for key priorities.

• Provide thought leadership and develop new AI solution offerings for the team, align with organizational goals of product and enablement organizations to support output and impact.

• Lead the change management on initiatives that drive automation, integration with AI and efficiency of multifaceted workflows and processes, for both Google and customers.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).

• 8 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).

• Experience in technical leadership, including experience leading business transformation initiatives.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.

• Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

• Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.

• Experience using machine learning and building solutions.

• Excellent project management, leadership, and analytical skills, with the ability to formulate data-driven proposals.
