Strategy and Operations Lead, Google Cloud Consulting (English, Spanish) at Google

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 6 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, management consulting, finance or program management.

• Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

• Experience creating insights using business analytics, and presenting findings and recommendations.

• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to interact with local and regional stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree.
• Experience with or at large enterprise organizations, responding to, coordinating, and managing a large number of executive stakeholders.
• Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
• Experience building lasting relationships with an ability to meet and exceed goals in a changing environment.
• Ability to be successful in a globally-scaled product, sales and engineering environment.

Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) organization ensures that Customers are able to fully capture the value of using Google Cloud and meet their business objectives. Their objective may be to scale and expand such as reaching new customers or to reduce operational risk and cost by transforming their business processes onto the Google Cloud Platform.

In this role, you will be working with data, completing planning and analysis, and helping run the core business processes. You will drive the desired results, and will have experience in sales operations or program management. You will have excellent communication, creativity and problem-solving skills. You will also have strong financial acumen, broad technical skills, investigative background and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Use your investigative skills to generate meaningful insights for the business and decide where we should focus more or how to fix gaps.
• Develop, run and maintain business operational cadence and processes to ensure and improve business performance.
• Drive complex/cross-functional projects and processes as a key contributor with limited guidance, and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of smaller projects.
• Support regional teams in issues to enable a common set of processes and insights.
