  • Design, pilot, and deploy segment GTM strategy including role design, service models, workflow design, incentives, partner segmentation, strategic partner manager tools/resources and go-to-market motions.

  • Own segment GTM model design through ongoing evaluation, analysis and partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market innovations.

  • Partner with frontline leadership and cross-functional partners to help design, shape, launch, and manage the goal and annual roadmaps.

  • Drive end-to-end project management and change management to launch and land innovative initiatives with partner teams.

  • Identify tools, processes, and automation that improve partner manager processes. Develop plans to implement changes that help the business deliver on key results.

This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • 3 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.

  • 2 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL).
