Electrical Manufacturing Engineer, AOE

Support Advanced Manufacturing Engineers in the development of manufacturing process solutions and capabilities, including industry-first process definition, startup, and qualification.

Strategize the implementation of manufacturing processes into established production and capacity planning to achieve forecast goals.

Develop manufacturing documentation (e.g., Bills of Materials, assembly drawings, manufacturing work instructions) in support of New Product Introduction.

Establish, deliver, and maintain manufacturing and quality processes and standards for new technologies, leveraging existing tools and processes as required.
-
Collaborate with design and cross-functional engineering teams throughout NPI phases to identify value engineering opportunities and ensure manufacturability. Work closely with manufacturing partners on build readiness and process validation, solving design and manufacturing issues efficiently to meet project timelines and ensure flawless NPI launches.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
-
5 years of experience with a product data management (PDM) Tool (e.g., SAP, Agile, Windchill).
-
5 years of experience developing technical relationships with contract manufacturers/vendors.
