• Manage content moderation operations and
  service level agreements (SLA) by defining metrics, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality delivery in alignment with business requirements.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. As a Vendor Management Generalist, you will execute tasks related to vendor selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and progress evaluations for specific projects under the guidance of a manager. You will leverage your foundational understanding of vendor management to independently solve defined problems using standard tools and resources. Your focus will be on delivering results that contribute to the team's and organization's strategic goals. Beyond core responsibilities, you will contribute to the Google community through citizenship initiatives, such as recruiting or volunteering, to help sustain and improve our culture and operations

A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 3 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in operations, strategy, planning, and program management.
