• Build a growth-oriented Engineering Project Specialist organization, across multiple locations. Enable execution and drive delivery across a portfolio of programs.

• Set the direction for the Engineering Project Specialist team by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and providing oversight across multiple projects and programs, identifying and mitigating systemic issues across the program portfolio, and defining program controls/governance/standards.

• Partner with engineering and product leaders, cross functional stakeholders, to align on strategy and road map, improve processes, simplify execution, manage objectives and key results, release on time, and bring tooling for efficiencies.

• Lead and mentor team members. Identify areas for process improvement, automation, cost and resource savings to achieve business goals.

• Bring visibility and strengthen communication across teams, to executives, also other key stakeholders by highlighting risks, building mitigation plans.

You will ensure that engineering/product requirements are captured and translated into action to keep new product development moving on time, cost, and quality. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in program or project management.

• 5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports.

• Experience working with one or more of the following: Product Engineering, Product Management, Reliability/Quality, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering Program Management (EPM).
