Evaluate cross-functional issues and promising growth initiatives by developing frameworks to assess trade-offs, leveraging data to ensure objective decision-making, and promoting collective cross-functional engagement.

Provide day-to-day support to the GTM teams, specifically defining or tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), pipeline tracking, and centralized business activity reporting. Turn business insights into growth initiatives and lead programs.

Communicate data-driven recommendations to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing presentations and identifying key takeaways.

Contribute to annual planning process including refining 1 and 5 year forecasts, assessing holistic GTM strategy, and working with leads to land investment decisions.

Contribute to driving alignment of GTM strategy with executive leadership through regular cadences.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
