  • Act as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of our HR Technology Transformation, seamlessly integrating work across Product Excellence, Portfolio Delivery, Architecture, and Organization Enablement to ensure a cohesive narrative and flawless execution.

  • Own accountability for the cadence, content, and outcomes of all leadership-level reviews (Director to Senior Vice President). Your executive-level communication skills and collaborative nature will be critical to translating complex technical milestones into strategic value propositions.

  • Serve as primary liaison between technical and business executive leadership, navigating a complex stakeholder map to lead through influence. Translate technical execution and executive strategy, with deep trust and a strong partnership.

  • Design and scale interlinked systems to maximize organizational effectiveness, scalability, and agility while managing maximum business impact.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.

  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

  • Experience leading a digital transformation.
