Write and test product or system development code.

Build full-stack solutions across the entire ad serving lifecycle, spanning retrieval, ranking, auction dynamics, and user-facing frontend rendering and leverage Google’s core ads serving infrastructure.

Analyze local query intent to design, implement, and iterate on novel ad formats that enhance the whole-page ads quality and generate significant business value.

Conduct rigorous data analysis, log evaluation, and quality experimentation to measure ad relevance, advertiser return on investment, and overall format performance to support our ambitious growth goals.

Partner seamlessly with stakeholders across Search, Geo, Ads Serving, and Ads Quality to align technical implementations and launch highly effective local ads solutions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience with software development in C++ programming language.

5 years of experience in data analysis with experience in SQL.

5 years of experience with the design, analysis, and implementation of algorithms in production software systems.

3 years of experience with full-stack development, across the back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.

3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
