Manage large stakeholder groups to ensure alignment across our supplier engagement activities.

Enhance customer product areas experience when working with extended workforce and by demonstrating a cohesive approach to supplier engagement (at above contract levels).

Contribute to the development of the extended workforce supplier engagement strategy and delivery approach, pressure testing different ways of working and creating outside of the box solutions that will change the way Alphabet manages the extended workforce space.

Work with customers product areas and suppliers to drive excellent supplier engagement practices.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in external contingent workforce solutions and optimizing operational performance through supplier engagement practices.
-
3 years of experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
-
Experience with supplier engagement (SRM), continuous improvement, supply chain management, contract management and related areas.
