Act as the primary commercial advisor and escalation point for subcontractors, ensuring all technical and procurement engagements are grounded in clear contractual obligations and professional accountability.

Drive the execution of subcontracted work packages to ensure every deliverable meets cost, quality, and timing requirements as defined in the head agreement.

Uphold a standard of commercial discipline to ensure the private cloud program consistently meets government customer expectations and adheres to all service-level commitments.

Design and maintain a commercial framework that flows down essential government mandates—including the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act (PGPA), ISO/NIST standards, and security requirements (ISM/PSPF)—directly into subcontractor obligations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in vendor or subcontract management.

Successful candidates must be an Australian citizen and will be required to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting level 1 (NV1) security clearance.
