Be proficient in conversational AI and customer experience architectures with the ability to advise Global System Integrators (GSIs), Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs), and CCaaS/CRM partners on building and deploying enterprise-grade generative AI solutions for customer service.

Coordinate and influence a range of stakeholders across Google to align around workstreams and roadmaps, and provide partner insights to help land AI portfolio product and grow adoption.

Align partner solutions with core Customer Experience (CX) business metrics to accelerate agreement velocity and drive partner services business alongside underlying cloud consumption.

Work closely with partners to develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for AI solutions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

15 years of experience in customer or partner facing technical roles such as solutions architect, customer or partner engineer, or similar in a cloud computing environment.

Experience with generative AI, data analytics products, technologies, and cloud infrastructure.

Experience with large language models (LLMs), open source, big data and machine learning.
