  • Own the development of the long-range infrastructure supply plans.

  • Utilize the output from advanced demand and capacity models to drive critical trade-off decisions and develop optimal multi-year supply plans. Communicate the resulting resource requirements and investment signals to key suppliers and execution partners to ensure alignment and advocate for the optimal planning outcome.

  • Establish cross-functional planning governance, enforcing established principles and actively incorporating asset delivery status and risks from site acquisition through construction completion to ensure accountability and on-time performance of the regional plans.

  • Serve as the central bridge and point-of-contact for the regional planning, cultivating strong relationships to align the internal business drivers of all key stakeholders with the regional infrastructure plans.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure and real estate development (or a similar industry).

  • 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional programs.
