Strategy and Operations Manager, Government Affairs and Public Policy

Lead planning, resource allocation (headcount and budget) and follow through on execution of major initiatives and top-level objective and key results (OKR) in collaboration with central and cross-functional teams.

Analyze existing process effectiveness and efficiency, design improvements, drive stakeholder alignment and oversee implementation and measurement of operational improvements.
-
Lead and execute cross-Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) special initiatives across a range of topics in partnership with cross-functional teams (e.g., Global Affairs, People Operations, Google Works, Finance) to drive GAPP operating agenda.

Lead on coordinating and developing GAPP SLT materials, and manage workstreams and AIs.

Bachelor's degree in a Quantitative, Business, or in a Public Policy related field, or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in working within strategy or sales operations groups, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
-
3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
-
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
