Design, build, and maintain sophisticated should-cost models for key indirect spend categories, incorporating factors like labor rates, material costs, overhead, profit margins, and regional variations.

Establish a standardized methodology and toolset for bottom-up cost analysis, enabling a deeper understanding of supplier pricing beyond surface-level benchmarks.

Develop and manage a market intelligence program, continuously gathering, analyzing, and disseminating data on supplier landscapes, market trends, price indices, and emerging technologies.

Act as a key investigative partner to category managers during strategic sourcing events and supplier negotiations, providing real-time cost insights, scenario modeling, and negotiation leverage points.

Develop processes and linkages between the cost models developed during Request For (RFx) and direct negotiation, forecast and actuals in partnership with value efficiency. Monitor, flag and report variances, routing the information to Strategy, Planning and Operations (SPO) and category managers.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience in supply chain or procurement.
-
Experience in developing and utilizing should-cost models, total cost of ownership analysis, and market intelligence.
